I would like to introduce myself and my wife Nancy. We were both born and raised in the City of Brotherly Love Philadelphia and grew up on cheese steaks and soft pretzels. Having both spent our childhood at the Jersey Shore on weekends and summer vacations, we developed a love for life at "the shore". We were hooked on coastal living! With a background in commercial equipment I was able to secure a position with the Trump organization in the Atlantic City casino industry. Nancy soon went to work for a developer in a waterfront community just north of Atlantic City called Mystic Island. So we made the move! We spent the next ten years enjoying all the boating and fishing opportunities that life at "the shore" offered, the only problem being old man winter. So we set our sights on Florida's west coast. And now over 15 years later we're still here and still loving life in Punta Gorda.
